The BC Society of Allergy and Clinical Immunology

We are specialists in Allergy and Clinical Immunology, certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Most of us trained in a Pediatric or Internal Medicine specialty first, then completed our Allergy and Clinical Immunology subspecialty training program.

We are honored and proud to be serving the population of British Columbia, Yukon, and even other provinces at times.

You can find us in a tertiary care hospital, community hospital, or community-based clinics.

We are experts in various allergic and immunologic conditions, such as food allergies, asthma, eczema, rhinitis, chronic urticaria, drug allergies, venom (sting) allergies, primary and secondary immunodeficiencies, autoinflammatory syndromes, eosinophilic esophagitis, and many more. We may each have a special interest in certain conditions.

We work closely with other specialists, such as dermatologists, rheumatologists, respirologists, otolaryngologists, to name a few, and share decision-making plans with them and our patients.

Some of us are involved in teaching and the UBC Allergy and Clinical Immunology residency program. You may encounter a trainee in our clinics! Others are part of important clinical and basic research in allergy and immunology.
